Awareness of taste

Have you wondered how food would taste when you are only tasting it? Not talking, surfing the Net, watching television, texting, reading or doing anything else while eating, just tasting. Your mind focused on the food, how it looks, smells and feels. Taking small mouthfuls, chewing slowly and tasting every bit. Forget about everything around you. Just experiencing the food in your mouth with your mind and other senses turned off.
